Join us for a structured workshop designed to help you run stronger, move better, and stay injury-free.


Hosted by our Lead Performance Coach - Paul Webb and our Lead Physiotherapist - Annette Benbow giving you expert guidance and advice.

 

What to expect:

  • Strength Training for Runners - Warm-up, mobility, strength, conditioning & cool downs

  • Injury Prevention - Practical strategies to keep you consistent & performing at your best

  • Nutrition Guidance - Simple tips to support performance & recovery

  • Mental Performance - Build focus, resilience & confidence in your ability

  • Running Drills - Technical coaching to improve form and efficiency - with a practical element for those who can participate!

 

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your performance, this session gives you tools you can apply straight away.
