Our team are here to support clients in their journey back to full health. Our priority is treating each individual and creating a personalised treatment plan focusing on the restoration of normal movement, range of motion and strength. In your appointment we will conduct a thorough detailed assessment to reach a diagnosis and, with you, we will create a treatment and rehabilitation programme that will enable you to reach your goals. Your approach may include a referral for further investigation, like imaging and consultants such as; x-rays, MRI, ultrasound scans or to other specialists. This can be managed by us with you and the consultant to ensure you get the best care.

We work to restore normal movement and function by using a mixture of manual treatments such as; acupuncture, massage, joint mobilisation, manipulation, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation, and exercise therapy. All of our physiotherapists are HCPC registered.

Please arrive for your session in comfortable clothing as there may be some movement required as part of your assessment and treatment plan. Our physiotherapists will wear appropriate personal protective equipment for your appointment and follow all latest government Coronavirus guidance. Please feel free to bring your own mask and face covering or, just let us know and, we can provide you with one for your appointment.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
ZONE SIX - HEALTH & PERFORMANCE is recognised by all major Private Health Insurance providers. Please ensure, prior to treatment, that you will be covered for Physiotherapy by your private healthcare provider.
We are able to bill insurance providers directly so you don’t have to worry. If required, at the time of payment, we can provide you with an invoice with all the details you will need to be reimbursed by your insurance company. We will need your membership number and valid authorization number for the current injury.
Please be aware that you remain personally responsible for any amounts unpaid by your private insurance provider. Please also note that you may be restricted in the number of appointments or the value of treatment that you are authorised through some insurance providers. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that their amount of sessions or the value of treatment falls within your cover. Any shortfalls from your private insurance provider will remain the responsibility of the patient.
