The idea behind our coaching column is to provide all of our members with the tools they need outside of the gym to succeed at their goals. Whatever those may be...
Now of course, we will be taking a generalised approach to what we post on a week to week basis, so if there is anything you ever would like to ask our coaches please feel free to approach them at any time.
What can I expect?
These posts could consist of:
Tips and tricks on different topics
Form technique videos/corrections
Advice or antidotes from any/all Z6 Coach or Physio
Answers to questions members have asked
Seasonal topics e.g. summer shredding tips
Nutrition guidance
Health and Wellness support
There is no limit!!!!
How often can I expect support?
We are commiting ourselves to posting once a week, every week... for now.
If the response from these posts are positive and helpful for you all then we can always increase that... but your feedback is vital.
